In short: TornWatch stores the Torn API key you provide and uses it to fetch your Torn.com status directly from Torn’s official API. It has no ads and no analytics.

Information we collect

We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the following locally on your device:

The Torn API key you enter in the companion app, stored on your device and shared with the TornWatch tile on your paired watch
Your display and refresh preferences

This information stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it, and it is removed when you uninstall the app.

Third-party services

Torn (torn.com) — TornWatch sends requests to Torn’s official public API using the API key you provide, in order to retrieve your own game status (such as Energy, Nerve, Happy, Life, and cooldown timers). Your use of Torn and its API is governed by Torn’s own terms and privacy practices.

Your API key is used only to communicate with Torn’s official API on your behalf. It is not sent to Sunray Lea Studios or to any other third party, and it is not used for any purpose other than fetching your status data.

You can remove your API key at any time from the companion app, and uninstalling the app removes the stored key from your device.

You are responsible for keeping your Torn API key confidential. We recommend using a key with the minimum access level required for the data you want to see.

TornWatch is an independent, fan-made companion app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Torn.com.

Children’s privacy

These apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
